Challenging cardiovascular, resistance and agility training class.  Where participants complete fitness stations, working all of the above by completing speed and body-weight training drills, with modified options for ALL participants.





Body Conditioning

Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve muscular endurance using upper and lower abdominal exercises  including, chest, shoulder and lower back.

Prana Vinyasa Yoga

The wave of a class is created through cycles of effective and creative sequences (vinyasas) linked together through the breathwave. ​In the main body of the class, multi-dimensional sequencing is offered to integrate standing poses, arm balances, backbends, forward bends, twists and hip openers in a effective, creative, dynamic method based upon vinyasa krama (stages of evolution), pratikriyasana (counterpose)fluid body cultivation, kosha and chakra models of integrating the body.
