Classes for 2017

Welcome back after the New Year.

I hope you have had a wonderful break, enjoyed the indulgence and the well deserved rest and are now ready to refocus and commit to a new regime of health and fitness for 2017!


Unfortunately the Yoga classes will not resume at this time due to general lack of interest.

This will be reviewed in future and classes may startup again based on general feedback.

However, I am starting Pilates classes again on Monday 16th Jan at 1-130pm.

Hopefully I will see you there, Siobhan 🙂
