Women’s Self-Defense Class



As part of the healthy journeys initiative we are planning to run a women’s self defense course, suitable for all ages & fitness levels

Course will run for 6 weeks in our Fitness Class area. Classes will start in March on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:15pm to 6:15pm
Class instruction will be given by a fully qualified & certified coach

Numbers are limited to 20 per class, so the 40 spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis

Cost will depend on numbers taking part
All monies must be paid in advance
