Please note that all gym and exercise class attendees must complete the attached Waiver form. This is in line with a Seagate Corporate Legal requirement.
Irrespective of whether you’re a frequent user or you just use the gym/attend classes occasionally, you are required to take this action, as only those employees who have submitted completed forms will have swipe access to the gym.
For those not able to download a Waiver form from the website, hard copies can be obtained from Dan O’Doherty (gym instructor) and Siobhan Lincoln (yoga instructor).
Completed forms should be returned to either Dan or Siobhan. Swipe access based on waiver completion will come into effect on Monday 5 January.
